Primo C series has been targeting the least budget smartphone consumers in Bangladesh. The latest add to this C series is
Walton Primo C4.
From the first released photos, the back side looks quite stylish for a
bottom priced smartphone. But like the previous C series phones such as
C3 and C3 3G, this device is also offering very low range specification
and features. However, the previous version, Primo C3 3G was offering a
256 MB RAM which is by no mean ideal for any kind of multitasking, good
performance or gaming experience. C4 is at least offering a 512 MB RAM.
On the other hand, C3 3G had a dual-core CPU for decent speed. This one
has a single-core CPU. This is rather surprising and unexpected that in
a newer release you will get a lower level hardware or feature. The ROM
is also quite low, just 512 MB. So, you may have hard time installing
regular apps such as Facebook, What's app, Skype, Clean master, AVG
antivirus etc. because of extreamly low internal storage. On the bright
side, this very economical phone is offering a VGA front camera that
will let you take some selfies and make video calls. The 1.3 MP primary
cam has a flash for taking photos in the dark and the video option is of
