With the Primo E4+ Walton is back in the market again. The finest and most competitive thing in this smartphone is its 1GB RAM in a very low price. Now Symphony has also produced 1GB RAM smartphone for the same price (Symphony W70Q). But it was released in December 2014 and running on the old Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) version.
