The previous version of this smartphone Walton Primo EF has been quite successful as a very low budget smartphone.  After about 4 months, Walton has announced the second version Primo EF2. There are tons of improvements in this device comparing to the previous one.
Primo EF2 is running on Android Kitkat. The display is 4 inch with IPS technology. We have a 5 megapixel back camera with flash support for capturing average good quality photos also in the dark. There is a low quality VGA front camera for selfie taking and video calling. 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, 1 GB RAM, Full HD video recording, GPS with A-GPS all this these specs made this device of a much higher standard than the previous version.
