The demand for under 10,000 Tk. smartphones with best possible features is on rise in Bangladeshi market. Gionee Pioneer P4S goes to this price range. Lets analyse if it is worth considering for buying.
The phone is very average looking and the body is made of plastic. There is nothing special in its outer appearance. 5 + 2 MP camera, 8 GB ROM, 1 GB RAM, Mali 400 graphics these are all very average features. Screen is quite small (4.5") and the resolution is quite low, HD video (not Full HD), no OTG, usual TFT display all these gives the device even lower points. Some smartphone from Symphony, Walton and Maximus are giving much better features for the price. Gionee has gathered good reputation in service quality. Their built quality is trustworthy. But indeed, they are going to face a great competition here and they may need to lower the price or add more attractive or innovative features to win more consumers in the country.
